Classes are £10 drop in (or 5 classes for £45) and £12 for the Tuesday morning 2 hour class (pre-book only for this one class).
You can pay cash in class, or email me for online payment details.
All classes are suitable for all levels, beginners welcome. Apart from the Tuesday morning class, the classes are drop in (so no need to book)

About the classes…
Each class will be different as we will be focusing on a particular aspect of ourselves each week, however the structure of the class will remain the same… and all classes will work on strengthening our nervous system and balancing our glandular system, increasing our vitality, and reducing our levels of stress.
A typical class will include:
- Tuning in chant
- Warm up exercises which will prepare you for the yoga set (kriya) to follow
- Kriya – a series of exercises designed to affect a particular aspect of yourself
- Deep relaxation
- Tuning out chant
- A yoga mat (if you have one)
- A blanket for the deep relaxation
- A bottle of water
It’s best to practice on an empty stomach so try not to eat for 2 hours before the class starts

Go right into Woodland Road off Park Row, then turn right into Cantock’s Close…keep going into Medical Avenue, at the T-junction at end turn left then follow round bend, then right again through school gates ….and park in school playground (for free).
Or if you start on St Michaels Hill, come to the bottom of the hill, turn right onto Perry Road, and find ZeroDegrees, on the other side of the road is a narrow little lane called Lower Church Lane, drive up and turn left at the top, then right at the end and right again into the car park.
